Delivery Timescales at MP Products

At MP Products, we understand how important timely delivery is to the success of your project. That’s why we work hard to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and customer service.

1. Order Processing

• Same day order cut-off: Orders placed before 11am UK time on working days are dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 11am, on weekends or on UK bank holidays are processed next working day.

2. Stock & Availability

• Most of our products are stocked in our UK warehouse and available for next-day dispatch.
• If an item is out of stock, we’ll email you an estimated lead time within 1–2 hours. If the timeframe isn’t suitable, an immediate refund is available.

3. Delivery Timescale Enquiries

For an approximate delivery timescale on any product, please email sales@mp-products.co.uk. We aim to reply within one hour.
